I followed the assembly steps carefully but the extruder is not behaving properly.
I am getting jams every time the printer prints around 30-40 mins. I don’t really know what the problem is as I am pretty sure I got everything done properly. I already had this problem 3 times; every time I have this problem I simply retract the filament is inside, unscrew the heatsink to check if there is any rest inside, mount it back, heat up the extruder and manually insert filament to check if the nozzle is clogged. Nozzle appears to be fine, as once I’ve retired the previous filament, it is easy to melt the filament through it. Everything seems to be OK.
Thing is, once I start printing again, I have the same problem over and over again. I repeat the same process and everything looks to be fine, but I am starting to think that there might be a problem (probably a gap) between the nozzle and the nozzle and the heater break.
Could that be possible? If yes, how can I solve the problem?
Thanks in advance,
