Clearing a Jam on the Cyclops

I just purchased the E3D Cyclops. Once I had it set up and running things were going great with two color, PETG and PLA prints. When I switched extruder 2 to a water soluble support material it jammed immediately. I tried to clear it but the ball bearing won't come out. What is the proper procedure for clearing a jam?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Unfortunately unlike standard hotends the Cyclops can't be cleared via a cold pull or other standard cleaning procedures - we'd suggest running some cleaning filament through it. We really recommend matching filament types in Cyclops and not mizing from, say, PLA to ABS, or PET-G to a support material. Chimera is ideally suited for that type of dual extrusion.
