Is The Chimera covered under the CC BY-SA 3.0 License?


The Chimera drawings have a Non-Commercial license listed on them. Is the Chimera now covered under CC BY-SA 3.0 or another truly Open Source license, or do you still have the Non-Commercial restriction?
