Hemera is making a clicking noise

I”m trying to calibrate the feed rate on my setup for the Hemera. I’ve started with the recommended settings and tension on the pla. When I feed 100mm into the system the Hemera makes a “clicking” noise every so often. What would I do to fix this?

After experimenting a little it now seems the only time it wants to “click” is if I use a feed rate of 300mm or more. At first i was using the default marlin setting on my skr board so I don’t really know what that feed rate was. I tried some settings in “pronterface” and found it would only click if I was using a feed rate of 300 or more. I’m new at this so I really don’t know what a max feed rate would be.

Thanks

Hi Doug,

Flow rate (based on V6): 600mm³/min*

Dependent on filament and filament temperautre.

If you want to increase the flow rate increase the temperature.

I experimented in pronterface nan set the temp to 190c. I increased the feed rate from 200mm to 300mm. Above 300mm it would click.
