Can the Titan Extruder take the V6 Hotend?

Hi,

I have purchased both the Titan Extruder and the V6 hotened but I am having difficulties putting them together.

The V6 hotend does not seem to fit into the extruder properly and therefor I cannot seal the case of the extruder.

Thanks

The V6 HotEnd and Titan Extruder are designed to work with each other. The V6 should just clip into the Titan. Is it a 1.75mm V6 you have? Did you try step 10 in the 1.75 Direct Titan Assembly guide?

Hi John,

Thanks so much for your reply.

Yes its the 1.75mm V6 I have.

I ran through the guide again, and Im still confused. My hotend does not look quite like the one on the guide and I did not get any tubing with it, and even if I did, it does not look like I could insert the tubing into the top of my hotend. Please see picture from link.

Do you think I have been sent a knock off?

Thanks

Genuine v6 will only work with genuine titan and knockoff titan will only work with knockoff v6 since they're slightly different.
