Hi Kevin,

The best way to find out this information would be to look at the output voltage of the power supply on your printer. In terms of filament diameter that is up to you but ultimately I would recommend going for 1.75mm, as this is the current filament standard.

In terms of mounting solutions we typically recommend looking at file sharing websites such as thingyverse.com for suitable mounts or alternatively designing your own mount based on the technical drawings available here on the Dozuki page.

My tornado has the square heat sink type design. I am looking for a direct replacement so I don’t need to design a new mount.

We do not manufacture a direct replacement for the Tevo Tornado I'm afraid.

Do you have an adapter mount I can buy. Or can you make one? If no, to both questions is there a STL file of the V6 that I can use as a mockup in designing my own adapter mount.

As Dan stated - there are several mounts available to print on thingiverse.com. If it helps, the hotend mounting on the Creality CR-10 is identical to the Tornado, so you can search for them as well.

Also, you will need to order a 24v kit for the Tornado as it has a 24v power supply.
