Title:

E3d v6 bowden not extruding propperly hobb gear grinding

Text:

i am converting from a (Anet a8) direct drive setup to e3d v6 bowden. ive configured esteps on extruder motor . it extrudes fine and to the specified length i wanted to extrude when the bowden tube is removed from extruder. when bowden tube is installed its difficult for to extrude. i have tried turning the temps up i would normally extrude (PLA) at about 185 i’ve gone upwards of 250 now. while turning the temp up it seemed to help a little but not extruding fluidly having no extrusion and clicking at times. i did have to cut the thermistor wires to solder onto the board i have checked and looks good there. i have also recently updated marlin checked and double checked pid auto tunedtuned. also when i took everything apart it did seem slightly difficult to push filament through extruder throat even with tip off it felt a little rough. i have used a few different rolls of filament all the same result
